You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 888y. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. 888y may request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed and any balance forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 888y. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent bonuses, limits, or prior account closures are a serious breach of these terms and will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses offered by 888y are subject to wagering requirements and game-specific contribution rates. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before completion will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
All transactions on 888y are processed in PKR. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for deposit where technically possible. 888y reserves the right to request identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Fraudulent play, collusion, use of software bots or automated tools, exploitation of system errors, and any form of money laundering are strictly prohibited on 888y. 888y employs automated and manual monitoring to detect and act on any such activity immediately.
Users are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using 888y is lawful in their jurisdiction within Pakistan. 888y provides access in good faith; compliance with applicable local laws is the user's personal obligation. When in doubt, seek legal advice before using the platform.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 To use 888y you must register an account. You may only hold one active account at any time. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.2 You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Use of 888y by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. 888y reserves the right to verify your age at any point and to suspend your account pending verification.
2.3 You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid Pakistani contact number. You are obligated to keep this information current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 You confirm that you are not accessing 888y from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by applicable law. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming activity in their specific province and locality. 888y accepts no liability for a user's failure to comply with local legal obligations.
2.5 Corporate entities, organisations, and individuals acting on behalf of another person may not register accounts on 888y. All accounts must be personal accounts for individual use only.
3.1 888y is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. As part of this commitment, 888y may request documentation verifying your identity, address, and payment method at any time.
3.2 Standard KYC documentation includes: a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence); proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the last three months); and proof of payment method (screenshot of your JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account showing your name and account number).
3.3 Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. 888y aims to complete standard KYC review within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.
3.4 Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 30 days of the request will result in account suspension. In cases where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering, 888y reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation or report to relevant authorities.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888y login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Any action taken on your 888y account while authenticated with your credentials — whether by you or any other person — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 888y support immediately and change your password.
4.3 888y will never send unsolicited requests for your password via email, SMS, or any messaging platform. Any communication purporting to be from 888y requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.
4.4 You must access 888y only through the official domain 888y.one. 888y accepts no liability for loss arising from use of counterfeit or phishing websites that mimic the 888y platform.
5.1 All transactions on 888y are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, Neteller, and Visa Debit.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are method-dependent and are displayed in the cashier at the time of withdrawal request.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your account, where technically possible. This restriction is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
5.4 888y does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees or processing charges for which 888y bears no responsibility.
5.5 888y reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or in compliance with a legal obligation. In such cases, 888y will notify you of the reason for delay where permitted by applicable law.
5.6 Deposits made to 888y are for gaming purposes only. 888y does not function as a bank, payment institution, or money transmission service. Interest is not paid on account balances.
6.1 888y offers various promotions and bonuses from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
6.3 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slots, and table games may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10%–20%). Crash games and specific excluded titles may contribute 0%. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published with the promotion details.
6.4 Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. You may decline a bonus before accepting it; once accepted, the wagering requirement is applied and cannot be reversed.
6.5 888y reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Any bonus credited in error will be reversed. Attempting to exploit bonus terms through systematic play patterns, bet hedging, or collusion is a prohibited activity and will result in account closure.
7.1 All bets placed on 888y are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are accessible within each game interface and betting market. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules.
7.2 In the event of a system malfunction, network error, or any technical failure that results in a bet being placed or a game round being initiated incorrectly, 888y reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable system error will be voided and the staked amount returned.
7.3 888y's decision on the outcome and settlement of any bet is final. Settlements are based on official result sources for sporting events and certified RNG outputs for casino games.
7.4 Maximum win limits may apply per bet, per day, or per game. Where applicable, these limits are published within the relevant game or betting interface. Winnings exceeding stated maximums will be capped at the stated limit.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 888y and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 888y reserves the right to immediately terminate any account found engaging in prohibited conduct and to forfeit associated balances:
9.1 All content on the 888y platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, data, and database content — is the intellectual property of 888y or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 888y platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any 888y content without express prior written authorisation.
10.1 888y provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888y disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10.2 888y shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 888y has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 888y's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 888y is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or software incompatibilities on your side that affect your ability to access the platform or result in an interrupted game session.
11.1 888y reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; or at 888y's sole discretion for any other legitimate operational or legal reason.
11.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting 888y support. Pending bets will be settled in the normal course. Verified account balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.3 Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, 888y reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as a set-off against losses, costs, or damages incurred as a result of the breach.
12.1 888y is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings panel, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
12.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period. The minimum self-exclusion period is 24 hours; permanent self-exclusion is available and is irreversible.

13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, account management, or any other matter, you should first contact 888y customer support with full details of your complaint. 888y aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
13.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with 888y, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism available under 888y's applicable gaming licence.
13.4 By using 888y, users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gaming regulation is a developing area and accept personal responsibility for keeping informed about the applicable legal framework in their location.
14.1 888y reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
14.2 Continued use of 888y after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date.
14.3 The date of last update is displayed at the top of this document. You are advised to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
